What we collect

When you fill in a form on this site we collect the mobile number you enter, and any name or email address you give us. We also record the page you came from and the advertising click that brought you here, so we know which ads are working.

What we use it for

To answer you: to send the class schedule, tuition and enrollment information you asked for, to arrange or confirm a campus tour, and to follow up about the program. That is all. We do not use it for anything unrelated to your enquiry.

Mobile information

No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, and are used only to send you the messages you agreed to receive.

Who else sees it

Only the people who need to: our staff, and the service providers who deliver our messages and store our records on our behalf. They may use it only to provide that service to us. We do not sell your information.

Text messages

If you ask us to text you, message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, or HELP for help. See our SMS Terms.

Keeping it, and getting rid of it

We keep enquiry records for as long as we may reasonably need them to follow up or to meet our record-keeping obligations. Ask us at any time to see what we hold about you or to delete it, and we will: email Lisa@azdentalassistants.com.

Children

This site is meant for people considering enrollment and is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes we will post the new version here with a new date at the top.
